ISA development card. Contrary to popular belief, this devkit was not used to develop Super FX games. SFX was a common term refering to both Super Famicom and Super Nintendo units back in the day. You'll even find this name on official cartridges (e.g. SNES event cart / Powerfest 94) or in normal ROM headers (Clock tower).
